DIY home staging, with a designer’s plan for every room.
Send phone photos of your rooms. We show you each one finished, using the furniture you already own, with a priority list of what to change and what to leave alone. You do the work, and you skip the stager’s fees.

We check the listing photos

Same room. Mostly the same furniture. Staged to sell.
Before
AfterKept the owner’s bed and bachelor chest, added seating, bedding, new nightstands and lamps. Revealed original wood floor under wall to wall carpet and added an area rug.
Before
AfterKept the artwork and the bookcase. Restyled the rest for a younger buyer and cleared the bay window so it leads.
Before
AfterKept the bed, the chair and the console. A larger rug, lighter curtains and art and one heirloom quilt turned a room that was fine into one you would want to wake up in.
Every staging decision, made for you
Why not just…
Follow a staging checklist?
Checklists say “declutter” and “add a rug.” They can’t tell you which chair to keep, which wall to paint, or which room buyers will judge the house by. Your plan is written for your rooms.
Hire a stager?
Physical staging means furniture rental, movers and a monthly fee. If you’re willing to do the work yourself, all you’re missing is the eye. That’s what we provide.
Use an AI staging app?
The apps fill rooms with furniture you don’t own, and they often change windows, ceilings and proportions along the way. You can’t stage your house to match a room that doesn’t exist. Our plan starts from your real architecture, so the picture is one you can achieve.
Wing it?
You know your house too well to see it as a buyer does. An outside editor fixes that, and the plan keeps you from spending money on changes buyers won’t notice.
Before you order
Will I need to buy new furniture?
Rarely. We work with what you own first and suggest additions only where a room needs them.
What if I can’t do everything on the plan?
That’s what the priority order is for. Start at the top and stop where your time or budget runs out.
We’re listing in a few weeks. Is there time?
Yes. Your plan arrives within 5 days, and most recommendations are styling changes, not renovations.
What if I don’t like what you show me?
Every image includes one revision. Tell us what feels wrong and we rework it.
Are these my listing photos?
No. The images are your staging guide. Your agent arranges professional photography once the house is ready, and we review that set before launch.
What homes is this best for?
Homes expected to list at $300,000 or more, where presentation is most likely to pay for itself.
